    We manage the entire warranty and returns process locally to ensure a seamless experience for your customers and retailers. As your local partner, we handle customer support, local replacement, reverse logistics, consumer law compliance.

    How do we get started?

    Contact us directly! We usually begin with a short introductory call to understand your product, goals, and timeline.

  • Can we hire you for strategy or research only?

    Yes, often as a first step. We frequently engage in a 'Market Entry' project to validate the opportunity and run pilots. Once the market is proven, many of these engagements evolve into long-term distribution or licensing partnerships.

    Do you run pilot programs?

    Yes. We run pilots with families, schools, educators, and community groups to test real world adoption and identify the adjustments needed for a successful launch.

    Can you manage product importation and compliance?

    Yes. We help navigate customs, electrical safety (RCM), wireless & Bluetooth compliance, logistics, warehousing, and importer responsibilities.

    Do you handle distribution?

    Yes. We manage warehousing, fulfillment, customer service, and local logistics through our network of trusted 3PL and retail partners.

    Do you hold stock locally?

    Yes. As a distributor and licensee, we manage the importation, warehousing, and logistics of your inventory here in Australia/NZ. This ensures faster delivery to customers and retailers without you managing cross-border complexity.
